• I am an economist graduated from Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW in Poland and Agricultural University CAH Dronten in The Netherlands. In 2004 I defended my Ph.D. I finished also postgraduate studies in pedagogic in 2009
• Since 2005 I am working as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of SGGW. Since 2006 I am working as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Information Management of  Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology. And since 2011 I give pro bono lectures at Childrens' University.
• From 2000 to 2005 I have been working as an international manager and a senior financial analyst in Creditreform Poland - the business research and information agency, a member of Creditreform Group . From 1996 to 1998, being a student, I was employed in the Information Office of the Association of Organic Producers in Poland - Ekoland.
• Moreover, since 1998 I am advising international and national organisations in the fields of the agri-food sector, rural development and environment protection. I am also an auditor in the Polish Centre for Accreditation. I do assess applications for the EU founds a.a. in Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Marshal's Office of the Mazovia Province too. From 2010 I am an expert of organic farming of the European Commission.
• My work focuses on issues related to economics and management. I do analyse policies, including EU enlargement, CAP reforms and trade liberalisation, and their impacts on social, economic and environmental aspects in agriculture and rural areas. I also focus on the bioeconomy and the economic issues of the co-existence between products coming from different production systems in the value supply chains. Furthermore, I work on the matters related to strategies and strategic management as well as technology and innovation management. Recently I develop my knowledge and skills on Business Process Management. I have already published a text book about these issues.
• I am participating as a scientific contractor and/or manager of the components related to economics and management in many research and application projects, including: Co-Extra, Ecropolis.
• Apart from my study abroad, I did also travel to many countries for other professional trainings, scholar- and fellowships. I received Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship and a scholarship of SOCRATES Programme.
• Privately, I have happy Family. We like to travel and discover the world. I like to take photos, formely in analog, nowadyas more in a digital form.
